Our DirectorsDaniel and Channing Pope started CCO Kids in 2019 as young parents looking to provide families with the same excellent childcare that they wanted for their own daughters. With education and experience in early childhood education, their focus is to provide quality care for children in all areas. They lead CCO Kids with a focus of running a large program with a small program feel, all while keeping in mind their families values of putting God first and serving all those who come in contact with the program.

Our StaffCCO Kids staff are all trained and meet qualifications put in place by CCO Kids and DHS. We have 2 DHS Certified Childcare Trainers and 12 Master Certified Teachers on staff, ensuring the highest level of education and care for our students. While our staff bring varying levels of experience, one common factor unites them—their passion for working with children and seeing them succeed!
Our teachers have years of experience educating children and continue their professional growth by attending workshops led by industry experts and receiving in-house training from qualified personnel. Every staff member has passed an extensive DHS background check, is listed on the CECPD professional development ladder, and holds CPR, First Aid, and Infant Safe Sleep Certifications.
